Process

Know what happens before you decide to move forward

AI and security consulting should reduce confusion, not create it. Each engagement starts with a clear conversation about what staff need to learn, which tools or workflows are involved, what data must stay protected, and what you will receive.

Step-by-step engagement process

  1. 1

    You share the concern

Start with the AI question, staff training need, email/computer habit, tool, account, or workflow that is creating uncertainty.

  2. 2

    We agree on boundaries

Before any review begins, you know what is included, what is not included, and what permission is needed.

  3. 3

    You get a clear plan

The work is broken into expected deliverables, needed information, timing, and next steps.

  4. 4

    The approved work happens

Depending on the service, this may mean owner guidance, staff training, safe AI setup, documentation, review, or a small build.

  5. 5

    You receive plain-English notes

You leave with findings, priorities, policy language, handoff notes, or documentation you can use.

  6. 6

    Support can continue

If helpful, the next step can be monthly advisory, implementation support, updates, or a follow-up project.

What we will not do

No unauthorized testing

No credential attacks

No intrusive red teaming unless separately authorized and explicitly scoped

No collection of unnecessary data

No scare tactics

Not sure where to start?

Bring the unclear question and make it manageable

AI training, safe tool rollout, computer/email habits, vendor risk, domain security, or a custom workflow can all start with a small, clear scope.
